At dors, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently, safely, and on time.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed once full payment has been received and cleared.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom branded orders require artwork approval before production begins.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard products (non-branded): Delivery within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Custom branded products: Production and delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after final approval.

Larger bulk or pallet orders may require additional lead time, which will be communicated upfront.

3. Shipping Areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

International shipping can be arranged on request. Additional charges and lead times will apply.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

Shipping fees will either be displayed at checkout or quoted separately for bulk and custom orders.

5. Delivery Conditions

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

If no one is available, re-delivery fees may apply.

For large deliveries such as pallet orders, suitable offloading arrangements must be made by the customer unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

dors will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen logistical issues.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos, your order number, and delivery details when submitting a claim.

Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

8. Tracking

Tracking details will be provided where available once your order has been dispatched.
